1 sheet of puff pastry
30 g of LAPUELA Honey
50 g of jam
15 g of sugar
Preheat the oven to 200º
Stretch the puff pastry sheet with a rolling pin, giving it a rounded shape. Grease the mould and line it with the puff pastry.
Peel the apples and cut them into thin wedges.
Spread the jam on the puff pastry sheet. Then place the apple slices on top and pour honey over the apples.
Lastly, we sprinkle some sugar over everything.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 200º.
