Strawberry tree honey
This honey surprises everyone for its taste, as it is bitter. Strawberry tree honey is harvested between the end of October and the beginning of November.
Eucalyptus honey
It comes from the valleys closer to the Asturian coast and we harvest it between the months of May and June, before the spring season gives way to the flowering of bramble and chestnut tree.
