After completing the form and in order to proceed with the purchase, you must add the product you wish to purchase to your basket, according to the instructions on the screen, filling in the form and validating it.

The prices and offers presented on the website are valid only and exclusively for online orders placed at www.mieldelapuela.com. All prices published on our website are VAT inclusive.

The validation of the order by the client expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general contracting conditions as part of the conclusion of the contract. Unless there is proof to the contrary, the data recorded by ASTURIAS APÍCOLA, S.L. constitutes proof of the set of transactions carried out between ASTURIAS APÍCOLA, S.L. and its customers. ASTURIAS APÍCOLA, S.L. will file the electronic document in which the contract is formalised and this will be sent to you by e-mail.

Once the purchase has been made and in the shortest possible time, always within 24 hours of the purchase, the ASTURIAS APÍCOLA, S.L. Customer Service will send you a proof of purchase by e-mail. If you do not agree with the data provided in this confirmation, you can request the modification or the cancellation of the contract.


The language or languages ​​in which the contract may be formalized on this website is Spanish.


The selection of products offered on www.mieldelapuela.com is valid as long as the products are visible on the website. As it is electronic commerce, the stock is updated online, so there is a possibility that during the purchase process the stock runs out, therefore not being able to continue with the initial purchase.


The products are sent to the shipping address indicated in the order. In the case of placing an order of several items with different availabilities, the delivery time will take into account the longest estimated time of delivery. In exceptional cases, ASTURIAS APÍCOLA, S.L. reserves the right to break down the order, sending the available items and leaving unavailable items pending for a second shipment. In this case, the second shipment is made without any additional cost.

Home delivery: We have chosen a courier company of recognised standing for the transport and delivery of the shipments. The courier company does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

In the event that the customer detects a problem at the time of delivery of his order (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products) he must indicate it in writing on the delivery note of the carrier, and contact us by phone at 984 497 033 within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept the return of a damaged article, nor any claim for a missing article if it has not been communicated within the established period. This is without prejudice to the right of guarantee for products that do not conform to the contract, which all consumers are entitled to in accordance with current regulations.

Credit Card payment: you can use Visa and MasterCard. In the event that the POS informs the customer that the card has been refused, the order will be automatically cancelled, informing the customer of the cancellation online.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it at www.mieldelapuela.com in our facilities located in Pol. Ind. De Tebongo, nave 15 – 33816 CANGAS DEL NARCEA (ASTURIAS), by filling in the withdrawal document you can download below.

The maximum period to request a return for the products in our online store is stipulated in 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

The return will be made in the same form of payment as the purchase. This right is additional to the right of guarantee recognized in RDL 1/2007 of November 16 on the defence of consumers and users.

The circumstances that may allow a return are the following: 

If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered: You can return it by courier to ASTURIAS APÍCOLA, S.L. We will refund the price of the product but not the cost of returning the product or any other costs incurred in the shipment.

If you wish to exchange the product for another item, the cost of returning and resending the product will not be covered by ASTURIAS APÍCOLA, S.L.

Faulty product in origin: Without prejudice and in addition to the right of guarantee, ASTURIAS APÍCOLA, S.L. offers the possibility within the first 14 working days of receipt of the faulty product to request the replacement with another identical one in perfect condition. Once ASTURIAS APÍCOLA, S.L. receives the faulty product, it will send back another one. In this case, the exchange will always be made for the same article or reference. You will only be billed for the first shipment, ASTURIAS APÍCOLA, S.L. will be responsible for the return and new shipment costs.

Product that mistakenly does not correspond to the one ordered: ASTURIAS APÍCOLA, S.L. will pay the cost of collecting the wrong product and for delivering the product that was initially ordered.

The products must be packed and sealed. The packaging must be in perfect condition in order to be returned.

For all cases of cancellation, in terms of shipping and product return costs, the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and complementary regulations will aply.

Neither physical shops nor the ASTURIAS APÍCOLA, S.L. online store will accept returns of products that have not been purchased in Spain.

In all cases, the products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

The refund will be made through the payment method used for the purchase.

ASTURIAS APÍCOLA, S.L. will not refund the amount or resend any products until it has verified the reception and state of the packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged in our warehouses. The price to be refunded is the price originally stated in the order, except for transport costs. Once the correct condition of the returned product has been verified, ASTURIAS APÍCOLA, S.L. will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of 30 days.
